Meals on Wheels is a wonderful organization that delivers hot meals to elderly shut-ins so they will have at least one good hot meal each day. This is a tremendous effort run by volunteers and funded by donations.
In East Texas we have a similar program. It’s called Wheels on Meals.
You may not know what it is, but it’s tender.
