Eating Causes Death

According to the latest research on the foods we eat or don’t eat, about half of what we eat is going to kill us. In the report released by the AP, bad foods include red meat and bacon, while good food include nuts and seeds. No wonder the squirrels in my neighborhood are so healthy.

Reportedly, the research based on U.S. government data shows that about 700,000 people died in 2012 from heart disease, strokes and diabetes, because of poor eating habits. I thought only smoking could kill you. And, I really want to see all the data on bacon, not that I won’t stop eating it.

You are supposed to eat only seeds and nuts, salmon or sardines, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains. And, you can’t have salt or salty foods, processed meats, steaks and hamburgers or sugary drinks. Generally speaking, if it taste good, you shouldn’t eat it.

It may be possible that the report is true and factual. And, if you strictly adhere to the recommendations you may or may not live for a long time. But, you will die healthy.

If you stick to the diet, and should die prematurely, it will seem like a long time.
