The Republicans never learn. They shoot themselves in the foot and then reload for the other foot. To get the repeal and replacement plan for "Obamacare" done is quite simple. All they have to do is have Speaker Ryan stand at the podium and say, "We have to pass this bill so we can see what’s in it."
Every Democrat would have voted for it.
