A lot of people say the problem with old men is that know the answer to everything. Well, that is and is not true.
Old men know the answers to questions and problems based upon their knowledge and experience. However, knowledge has changed. It is so far advanced compared to fifty or even five years ago. Through out history, knowledge has changed. That’s a good thing - in most cases.
Old men however have something younger people don’t. It comes from living and paying attention. Sure, knowledge has run off and left them, but basic common sense is the advantage they have. Common sense dictates that you don’t do something just because you can. And, you do some things even if you don’t want to.
The laws of nature haven’t changed. The laws of physics haven’t changed. And, old men haven’t changed. When you get to be one, you’ll have the answer to everything.
