The Prez says that he can’t guarantee Social Security checks will go out in August. Notice how he phrased that.
If politics were so dang damaging to us peasants, it would be funny. Will Rogers said he didn’t tell jokes, he just watched Congress and reported on what he saw.
I wonder if shutting down the Federal Government might not be the best thing that has happened in years. At least they wouldn’t get us deeper in debt and write more laws to control our lives.
