It’s not a holiday tree, it’s a Christmas tree. Those aren’t holiday presents, they are Christmas presents. You don’t get off work because it’s a holiday, you get off work because it’s Christmas, a Holy Day.
According to Webster, the number one definition of holiday is an observance or celebration of a religious event. That would be Christmas or Easter to the Christian believers. Yet, for centuries there have been those that protest the celebration. That just doesn’t make sense to me. Why would you protest a day off, even if you don’t believe. Best to keep your mouth shut and hope somebody gives your dumb butt a present.
Meanwhile, we that know the truth will continue to celebrate and wait for the promise that comes with Easter.
