When You're Ready

Scouting out the area of our new digs, I saw a huge sign, "Cremations $825." It made me wonder if one should feel really bad, if one should stop and lock in the price. You can never tell when they may go up.

In East Texas, people burn things. It’s a cultural thing. In the spring, I remember seeing fires every where. If you don’t have anything to burn, you get something from your neighbor. This takes me back to the cremations.

I do hope they don’t pile up the customers and wait for spring.
