The Vietnam war officially ended in April 1975 with the fall of Saigon. Protesters hated the soldiers that were sent to fight in the longest war ever fought by the U.S.. When the troops came home they were cursed, spit on and called ‘baby killers.’
Roe vs Wade was filed in U.S. District Court in Texas in 1970. The Supreme Court ruled in January 1973 that abortion was legal.
Many of the same protesters against the soldiers demanded abortion rights, but they were not called ‘baby killers.’ And now, they are selling baby parts.
Is this irony or insanity?
