Let’s say you decide to host a really big party - 50 of your closest friends and family. You go shopping and buy all the food, drinks, and decorations. You work yourself silly to make sure that everything is just the way you want it to be. Finally, the big day arrives.
Sure enough all those you invited show up and start enjoying themselves. Then, some people show up that you don’t know. In fact, no one knows them. But, they help themselves to everything- party crashers. But, wait! They call some others and soon the place is packed way beyond capacity; all the food is gone; a fight breaks out; the place is trashed; and everyone you invited leaves, sorry they came.
You call the police and they respond to your call. First they cite you for holding such a gathering in a residential area and disturbing the peace. Then they tell you they can’t make the uninvited people leave.
How long is it going to be before you throw another party?
