Get Our Of My House

The NFL rakes in billions every year - last year, about $14 billion. Yet in the past two years they have spent tax payer money in the amount of $7 billion on stadium repairs and replacement. Because of loopholes in the tax laws, cities can issue bonds to build stadiums or repair them.

Now, if you are like me and never go to a game, why should I pay taxes to build them a place to play football? Wait, your argument that they bring in revenue is not always a good defense. Cutting to the chase, why not just use private funds to build a stadium and the other revenue would follow anyway. Plus, when you have such facilities, you add problems, like the need for more police and other services.

So, the tax payers should demand the teams get out of their house.

Get some players with more respect.
