When I go shopping, I use coupons if I have them. However, I have discovered at the local WallyMart, about half the time, coupons don’t work. For example, I had a coupon for a brand of biscuits that I always buy. The coupon specifically stated, any size, any variety of the product. They told me it did not apply to the size I got. Think about that.
After a few other occurrences, I tried to phone the store manager. If you’ve never tried to call the manager, give it a try. So, I did what I do. I contacted the home office. This issue was not the only one I have with that store. Well, today, the store manager called me. He seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone, but did say that the next time I had a problem, to call him. Can you believe he said that.
So, the next time I have a problem, I will just shut down the register and wait for him to be summoned. Since they rarely have more than one register open, I should make a lot of friends.
I want my 25 cents off.
