Scotland has voted to remain in the United Kingdom. It’s probably a good thing because just think of all the details that would have to be worked out. But, the vote has gotten me thinking about how such a vote would go in Texas.
If only legal voters were allowed to vote, I suspect that Texas would secede by a vote of about 90%. This would upset a lot of folks, especially in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arizona. They would want to vote too.
Texas wouldn’t have a lot of details to work out. We’d just put up a sign.
