Politicians know that if you want to control people you have to keep them divided. I must say that the current batch in Washington is doing an outstanding job. But, I have been thinking about what we Americans might all agree upon, as a uniting point. Guess what? I can’t think of anything. I’m not sure we could get a consensus on what day it is.
So, I called my friend, Dr. Wild Bill, the retired preacher and avid squirrel hunter to get his ideas. He couldn’t think of anything either. He said he would agree it was Tuesday.
I couldn’t agree with that.
