Pick And Choose

I’ve come to realized that somewhere we have the right to pick and choose what laws we want to obey. A simple example is the protest (riots) on college campuses and at airports. Old silly me thought that attacking police, burning buildings and such were criminal offenses, for which you could be arrested and sentenced to jail for a long time. Looks like that is not the case. At least for some people.

Because liberals are allowed to break laws, it has to be okay for the rest of us. I’m not sure which laws can be broken, but I am making my own list of laws that I do not like. Hey, I’m just following the lead of some legislators, justices and law enforcement.

If lawmakers don’t have to abide by laws they don’t like, it could lead to a lawless country for sure. It has happened before. The part that I have trouble understanding is who benefits and what is to be the reward for those individuals that create turmoil to achieve anarchy.

Anyway, I am working on my list of laws not to obey and at the top of my list is spitting on the sidewalk. Since I don’t chew tobacco or dip snuff, so, I will substitute Tootsie Roll candy to get that dark brown spatter effect.

I’m going to like lawlessness.
