California Assembly Bill 2943, if passed will forbid anyone from speaking about homosexuality - particularly encouraging gays, lesbians, bisexuals, or transgenders to revert back to traditional practices. Religious leaders and religion based programs will not be allowed to express their opinions nor implement their faith programs.
The bill will eliminate freedom of speech and punish anyone that fails to do think what government wants them to.
Will the Bible be banned in California?
