If you need someone to work for you, what will you pay them? The right answer will depend upon how difficult the job is, how much skill, knowledge and experience the worker has. All the talking heads and talk radio are chasing the issue of minimum wage and immigration. What do the two have in common? Money.
People with money hire people to work, and they like to pay as little as they can and still get the job done right. That’s business. If you can hire illegal immigrants for less money than citizens, you hire the one that works for less. What happens to the citizen? They don’t work. It’s that simple.
