A trip to an oral surgeon to begin the process for a tooth implant revealed some irritating information. I told the doc that his cost had gone up from what I was previously quoted. He explained that under "Obamacare" implants are now considered a "medical device" and are taxed. "Some cost have gone up ten percent or more," he said.
It’s what they - the government - don’t tell you is what you have to be afraid of. I guessing that all medical devices, which may be hundreds or thousands, will be taxed to fund a health care plan that the majority of the people don’t want and can’t afford. As it has been said, "The devil is in the details."
Wonder if erectile dysfunction pills are under the new tax on devices?
You may have to think a minute about that one.
