Now the POTUS wants to restore relations with Cuba. Why not, he wants to be buddies with all the dictators. And, of course setting up an embassy in Cuba will require congressional approval. In spite of what they say, congress should not be an issue.
I just hope that we get some Cuban cigars out of this deal.
