In a recent issue of the comic strip "Shoe", there is a conversation between Shoe and Senator Batson D. Belfry. Shoe made a comment about shrinking government and the expected reply from Belfry was that people are always saying we need to shrink government. Then he made the mistake of asking Shoe if he had any ideas on what is needed to shrink government. Shoe replied, "A tube of Preparation H the size of the Hindenburg."
