One of my pet peeves is the rising cost of food. And, it surprises me that not a lot of other people have noticed. Food cost is higher in East Texas and when you add the national rising cost, it is really high. Several times in the past few months, I’ve told my financial controller that I am going to have to stop eating.
Now, I am upset about the cost of clothing. I had to do some clothes shopping on line and prices have gone up over last year when I shopped. So, I now have told my financial controller that not only am I going to have to stop eating, I am going to have to go naked.
I bet when I do gather enough coins to go food shopping - naked - somebody will notice.
In our society, maybe not.
