VIP is an acronym for very important person. Have you ever heard of these very important people: George "Buddy" Fitts, James Biddle, Valene Davenport, Frances "Fran" Chamblee, Neil Bates, Randall Alford or James Biddle? Neither have I. They are names selected from obituaries in a newspaper.
What makes them important is that they lived and contributed daily to making this country what it is. Under all the conditions of life, they did the best they could "in the trenches" of daily living. They were not celebrities or politicians. They were common people.
The only hope the country has lies in the hands of the common people.
It is the common people that can determine destiny.
