Quotes

I love quotes because they sum up deep thinking in terms that I can understand, while I take my time to digest all that is implied. Plus, when I was trained as a broadcast journalist and we didn’t have time to drag out a story - just the facts, in those days.

One of my favorites to read on quotes is Albert Einstein. Some of you may have heard of him. Young people will respond with, "Oh, the guy that was good in mathematics." Old Al had this to say about being good in math, "Do not worry about your difficulties in Mathematics. I can assure you mine are still greater."

He also knowingly pointed out, "The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits."

And, "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."

Others may not agree, but his insight shone brightest when he said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

Now all we have to do is figure out all the knowledge left by Albert Einstein.
