Everyday I discover something new that makes getting older more and more trouble. Trying to find comfortable shoes is the latest episode in "falling apart." I think I have tried on 50 pair of shoes and none of them is quite right. So, I decided to ask my podiatrist about any foot problems. He checked out my tootsies and suggest I get some orthotics or have him give me some shots in my feet. I went for the inserts.
They worked fine until I tried to take my shoes off. It seems the special pad they added came unattached and attached to my socks. They are going to fix it next week.
Hey, it’s all part of the aging process as they say - whomever they are. After all, it beats dying.
I’ve never been dead, so I really don’t know.
