Do you believe in demons? If you buy into the reality of good and evil in the world, it seems that demons certainly do exist. Jesus cast out demons. In fact, if memory servers, he cast out a whole legion of demons. Some might explain that the true interpretation was that he was casting out sickness. But, that is not what it says. I like the story when he cast out the demons into a herd of pigs and they ran over a cliff.
If the devil is real, and he is, then it would be reasonable to conclude that demons are too. I know there are opposing views, but when you see all the evil that people do, there is always the question, "How could someone do such a thing? Surely they are not human."
It is said that everyone has their own demon. Some may have many. The hard part is to control the demon. I may have shared this story before, but will again. There was an old Indian trying to instill wisdom into his grandson. He said, "Everyone has two wolves inside, a good and an evil. They are constantly in battle with each other." The youngster asked, "Which one wins?" The wise old chief replied, "The one you feed."
Do I believe in demons? Yes, I do. There is proof of unspeakable evil displayed unashamedly.
Just look at our Congress. Maybe Jesus cast them all to D.C.
Are there any cliffs in D.C. ???
