There’s an old saying, “snake bit.” It means that everything just turns out bad. That’s what’s happening in my life lately. Currently I’m in a dispute with a contractor that did some work on our house. He did a really bad job and he doesn’t care. Then, there’s the problem with replacement windows that have green glass. Green glass doesn’t go well with any house, especially ours. This time, the manufacturer doesn’t care.
We have a home food delivery service that can’t an order right anymore, even though I order on-line. All they would have to do is put it on a truck and bring it out.
I’ve had Lyme disease since 1987 and I have a lot of pain and a variety of symptoms, like feeling I’m having a heart attack. Last week I caught some kind of a “bug” that is causing me more misery.
The security gate on our commune has installed a new tag reader to get into the gate. It became operational this week. My tag doesn’t work, so I can’t get in without assistance from the guard on duty.
There must be an antidote for “snake bit.”
If I have to bite a snake, I will find one.
