Mark Twain said, ‘Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it.” The one sure thing about the weather in Texas is that it is going to change. It sure has changed in the past couple of days. We’ve gone from summer to tornados to winter and floods.
In Biblical days, the extreme weather experienced across the country recently would have prompted the prophets to call on the people to repent of their sins that have angered God. Those silly prophets thought that God controlled the weather and all of nature. The enlightened generation is convinced that Al Gore has the answer and you don’t have to repent.
However, it will cost you a lot of money.
