If you happen to be from El Salvador, Guatemala or Honduras and are in this country illegally but meet certain standards, the good ole USA will fly your children, under the age of 21, to be with you. This will save the children from all the dangers of traveling themselves and making an illegal entry at the border.
The best part is that the children, "parolees" get taxpayer funded perks and benefits like free education, food stamps, medical care and living expenses.
Sounds like a better deal than I have.
