Racist

I’ve been following a story in the Dallas Morning News about a club in Grand Prairie. It seems that the city is trying to revoke the club’s liquor license. According to the News, police have been called to the club over 120 times during the past year, for complaints ranging from fights to shootings. Police Chief Steve Dye says, "This is far many more police calls for service than any of the area bars combined." And, an undercover officer bought illegal drugs from one of the club’s security personnel.

The owner of the property is taking legal steps to evict the tenant for nonpayment of rent.

The city officials are being called racist. Why? The club owner is a Latino woman and the clientele are mostly black.

I ask you, "if that is not racism, what is?"
