It is hot! How hot is it? Well, after not being able to do any work on the lawn for a couple of weeks, I decided some of it had to be done today. Big mistake.
In the past couple of days, we have had some much needed rain. I am grateful for the rain, but now we have HUMIDITY. I did not check the hygrometer, but I am sure that the relative humidity was somewhere around 92 percent. The outdoor temperature at my homestead was 92 degrees.
The weather prognosticators in the Dallas - Ft. Worth metro-mess will tell you we don’t have a humidity problem like other parts of the state. BALONEY!
Since there was no wind, the temperature was 92 and the humidity was 92, I came up with my own formula and just added the two. It was 184 degrees.
Some days, it hard to love Texas.
